Preparation and Usage

Preparation instructions:- 4x 20g cube = approx. 4 medium size ginger root.- 1 x tsp = approx. 5g of Ginger.Place desired number of cubes in a small bowl or on a plate & defrost at room temperature for about 10-15 mins until soft.Once defrosted, they can be used for sauteing, stir fries, marinades, smoothies, soups, stews & sauces & can be added directly to the pot & simmered along with the other ingredients.The heat will help them dissolve & distribute their flavour throughout the dish.Frozen ginger cubes may have a slightly milder flavour compared to fresh ginger. Adjust the amount of ginger or other seasonings according to taste.Each cube can be used directly from frozen or allow to defrost prior to use.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours of defrosting. Best before: see below.
