Preparation and Usage
Remove all packaging, discarding absorbent pad and rest at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to roasting. Place the beef joint in a roasting tin and lightly season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. For a medium roast cook for the recommended time on the front label (6 minutes 30 seconds per 100g). A medium roast will be pink in the middle. For a well done roast cook for 9 minutes per 100g. Oven

Place the beef joint in a roasting tin and lightly season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. For a medium roast cook for the recommended time on the front label (6 minutes per 100g). Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage
Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.
Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
